Mk2 A-FRAME LARS

Designed to be erected using the systems own rams without the need of any external lifting devices.

  • Certification: BS EN 12079 for offshore lifting. Lloyd's Code for Lifting in a Marine Environment for ROV operation

Mk4 SLEWING CRANE LARS

The combination of extending arm and slewing, enables the TMS and ROV to sit to the side of the LARS and be launched without the need for a large overhead clearance.

  • Power Requirements: 380-460V AC 3Ph 50/60Hz

  • Certification: Lloyd's Code for Lifting in a Marine Environment for ROV operation

The TSS Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS) feature an umbilical winch and overboarding system integrated on a base frame. These systems are designed specifically for deploying and recovering a tethered powered object, such as: towed arrays, ROVs (Remotely Operated Vehicles) or other underwater vehicles.

Mk3 SELF BALLAST LARS

  • Power Requirements: 380-460V AC 3Ph 50/60Hz

  • Certification: BS EN 12079 for offshore lifting. Lloyd's Code for Lifting in a Marine Environment for ROV operation

Designed to launch off an Oil and Gas Platform or Jack-Up without the need to secure the Mk3 to the deck.

Mk5 WORK CLASS LARS

Carefully designed to ensure that it is transportable by road without an escort.* The erection and stow-age of the A-Frame is ram operated and collapses down further to reduce the height for transportation.

  • Power Requirements: 380-460V AC 3Ph 50/60Hz
